Shipping and Delivery

We endeavour to ship all parts that are in stock and ordered before 15:00hrs for next business day delivery within mainland UK ( except weekends ). Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

For example

If all the items you order are in stock

• A UK order placed before 3.00pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday
• A UK order placed at 10.00pm Wednesday will be despatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday
• A UK order placed on Friday before 3.00pm will be despatched on Friday for delivery on Monday
• A UK order placed between 3.00pm on Friday and 3.00pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday

 Delivery before 9.00am or 10.30am is available at additional cost on Business Days (Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays) only.

If you request "Delivery before 9.00am or 10.30am" on a UK order placed between 3.00pm on Friday to 3.00pm Monday, please note your order will be delivered before 09.00am/10.30am on Tuesday.

Parts that are out of stock and can be ordered will be indicated at the time of payment, and an estimated time of shipment will be given. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

Prices quoted for goods do not include delivery charges, these depend on weight and destination

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, including insurance and duty for destinations outside of the UK

Delivery dates quoted are estimates only and the Company shall not be responsible for any delays howsoever caused

Overseas

We ship to most European countries via Royal Mail "Airsure" and "International Signed For" this allows you to be able to track your item and is a faster service than normal Airmail. We also ship to some international countries outside Europe

Returns

Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the purchaser will incur a restocking/handling charge.

This charge is calculated as follows. A minimum charge of £5.00 (+VAT where applicable) ,or 20% of the credit value, whichever is the greater.

Carriage for all returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number or they may be refused. An RMA number will be allocated on request.

Below is a rough guide to how shipping charges are calculated. They depend on the weight of item and how quickly you require it to be delivered. The table below shows prices for all UK postcodes except those classed as outlying areas which are shown in the next table.

Outlying Areas

Some deliveries to outlying regions are subject to a surcharge which will be charged on top of the standard delivery charge unless stated.
 

Some deliveries will take 2 -3 days. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle Of Man can also be delayed by Customs.
