There are two types of Exchange Services available.
The advance exchange part service allows you to exchange your faulty part for a new or refurbished working part.
The exchange is on a like for like basis, no upgrades. To qualify for a credit on the returned exchanged faulty part you must return it within 10 days from date of dispatch, the part being returned must be in a serviceable condition, not physically or liquid damaged, and have no missing parts that it was originally built with. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The exchange part service is where you send in your faulty part first to VIS and just pay the exchange price and we then send by return a good working part.
The following conditions must be met. The faulty part must be in a serviceable condition, not physically or liquid damaged, and have no missing parts that it was originally built with. VIS has the right to reject a part for exchange if it does not meet these conditions.
Please remember to put your address and contact information in with your part, so we can obtain payment and send out your part ASAP.
All parts where we offer the exchange service on are marked with a and have an exchange price displayed. If you do not see the exchange logo, the exchange service is not available on the part.
