VIS on site support service

If you are in trouble with your Mac and are unable to get your computer to us or you simply don't have time, VIS offer engineer call outs within 25 mile radius of our base at Earley, Reading.

We are able to come to your home or work where we will try and solve the problem there and then. Should your computer need more intensive work then we will take it back to our workshop and return it to you once it has been repaired.

We can perform the following

1. Diagnosis of faults and possible on site repair
2. Upgrades to hardware such as RAM, Hard Drives, Optical Drives and wireless
3. Software installs and upgrades

Call out cost includes the first hour on site
